-Oh, look over there, beside that tree, can you see that,
what is it?
-Mom, it is a little bird's nest!
-Yes it is dear, but do you see what is in it, that is not a bird...
-OH MOM is that a fairy?
-Shhhhh! I think she is a fairy sleeping there... don't wake her up! Let's look just a bit closer...
-Awwww she is beautiful! Look at those wings and her little toes!
What a sweet little fairy there is!!! Little flower fairy Lemmikki is
sleeping in an
abandoned bird's nest, she fits there perfectly!
Lemmikki is pale and fragile little thing, she has ash blond long
tibetan
lambs hair, and she has real eyelashes and eyebrows on her closed eyes.
On her head she wears a floral circlet. She wears very sheer white
outfit,
and she has decorated it with blue forget-me-not flowers (they are
called lemmikki in Finnish) and leaves.
Her iridescent wings shine in tones of blue, pink, yellow and
green.
The nest is
hand made by me, of natural fibers ( I don't know what they are called)
Her
armature is made of twisted strong silver-plated copper, and Aves
Apoxie sculpt, which makes her extremely strong,
she has wires all the way to her fingers too.
Her every muscle, bone and all the tiniest details are hand sculpted by
me from professional quality polymer clay.
She is anatomically correct all over. She is one of a kind (OOAK)
creature, and will never be duplicated.
Lemmikki
would be about 13,5 cm (5 1/4") if she was standing, the diameter of
the nest is 13 cm (5 1/4").
