I closed my eyes one night but I could
see,
The wind was blowing,
gentle and so free...
Moon glistening in the tender
night breeze
I let my spirit fly and my soul was at ease
Hearing the soft voices
of the maidens of the night
Swirling around in the
glooming cool moonlight.
This
delicate fairy is crouching on a piece
of wood, eased off to feel the gentle night breeze going over her.
She has closed her eyes and stretched her hands back to let the breeze
fondle her face. Breeze
has soft and curly
ash blond Tibetan lambs hair,
and she wears netted hair band with aquamarines and glitter stems
on her hair.
She has
real
eyelashes and eyebrows made of lambswool.
Her
light skin
has several very thin translucent layers of colourwash made with
heat-set
oil
paints,
to
achieve very living and fleshy pale skin tone.
Her outfit is made of silk chiffon, embellished with glitter,
micro beads, stems and
a sparkling aquamarine gem.
The top is very sheer and it is like a net on her chest, and the skirt
has the illusion of flowing in the breeze.
Her wings are long and delicate, they are irridecent in colours of the
rainbow, and they are decorated with glitter.
She crouches on a driftwood base, which is decorated with artificial
moss, leaves and some flowers.
There is a brass tube in her right foot all the way to her back, and
the base has steal rod
which fits the tube.
Her left leg has wire which fits in the hole in the base, and she can
be taken off from her base.
Her
armature is made of twisted strong silver-plated copper, and Aves
Apoxie sculpt, which makes her extremely strong,
she has wires all the way to her fingers too.
Her every muscle, bone and all the tiniest details are hand sculpted by
me from professional quality polymer clay.
She is anatomically correct all over. She is one of a kind (OOAK)
creature, and will never be duplicated.
She would be 17 cm (6 3/4") tall if she was standing. The overall
height with base to the tip of her wings is 30 cm (11 7/8") The largest
width is 20 cm (7 7/8").
